Apple Oatmeal Muffins: Delicious, Healthy, and Super Easy to Make!

Today I'm bringing you a recipe that will become your favorite! 😍 These apple oatmeal muffins are perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack, and the best part is you only need a few ingredients. Go ahead and make them and share your version! 🍏🥣

Ingredients:

- 80g whole grain oat flakes
- 200ml animal/plant milk
- 75ml coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 180g whole grain oat flour
- 15g baking powder
- 100g apple 🍏

Process:

1. Mix the milk and coconut oil in a bowl, then add the oat flakes and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the flake mixture and mix well.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder, and add it little by little to the mixture.
4. Add the chopped apple and mix well.
5. Divide the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 35 minutes.
6. Let cool on a wire rack, and enjoy! 😋
